Ever since updating to macOS 15.3.2, I’ve seen that the floating thumbnail within the backside proper nook of the show was not showing after taking a screenshot.
Utilizing Cmd-Shift-5 to entry the choices, I’d discover that the corresponding choice “Present Floating Thumbnail” can be unchecked. Initially desirous about an involuntary consumer error, I’d test it. The characteristic can be again up and working for a while (most a few hours) after which it could uncheck itself once more by itself.
I attempted to test it, then sign off of macOS. Upon logging again in, the choice can be unchecked once more.
What may very well be inflicting this? What might I do to resolve it?
I’ve already filed a report back to Apple through the Suggestions Assistant app.
